Primary Purpose of the Position:
West Houston Subaru is
seeking a TOP-NOTCH PROFESSIONAL to help present, explain, demonstrate and sell
our automotive product lines. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A West Houston sales associate is instrumental to all aspects of prospecting and
relationship building, as well as, selling and servicing existing and potential
clientele. This includes identifying and generating prospects, setting
appointments, performing presentations, closing and customer
follow-up.
Required Experience:
No previous sales experience is
required, though potentially a plus. Individuals interested in a sales position
with West Houston Subaru must have demonstrable experience in customer service.

Experienced Auto Technician
Supervises: No supervisory duties

Primary Purpose of the Position:
West Houston Subaru is
seeking the top quality technician to help us accurately verify, diagnosis and
repair state-of-the-art vehicles. This exceptional opportunity is a perfect
fit for a self-motivated, detail oriented, high energy individual.
West Houston Subaru technicians are involved in all aspects of completing
customer requests for the vehicles in the shop. Such requests may include
general maintenance, scheduled service, diagnostics, trouble shooting and
repairs in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for vehicle service
and repairs. Some specifics may include:
* Verifying requested
services / repairs
* Accurately diagnosing issues
* Generating
additional up-sells
* Fixed Right the First Time repairs
*
Maintaining positive relationship among team members
* Quality repairs
made to all vehicles
* Achieving monthly and yearly goals
Required
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a dealership or independent
shop
Required Abilities: Operate a manual transmission
Must have own
tools
Able to read a schematic
The ability to use computer diagnostic
equipment
Required Education: High School / GED
ASE Certifications a
