To our Valued Customers, At West Houston Subaru, the health, well-being and safety of our customers, employees and vendors are top of mind given the concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We wanted to write to share with you a high-level summary of our preparedness. We are taking proactive steps to maintain a safe environment and encourage practices to protect the health or our customers, employees and vendors.

West Houston Subaru is cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our normal operations. Our Housekeeping service is reinforcing the cleaning of all public areas that they currently provide by adding new CDC approved cleaning supplies and have increased the frequency and depth of cleaning.

In addition, we are providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer throughout the store especially common areas where there are larger numbers of people. We will also have antibacterial soap in the women and men's rooms.

We are ensuring that our employees have the information they need to stay healthy. In the event that one of our employees is not feeling well we have enacted a strict policy for sick days. "if you are not feeling well stay home"

We are constantly monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), The World Health Organization (WHO), Government Agencies and our Internal resources as the situation evolves.

Based on this guidance and our operational practices, we are very confident our dealerships are and will continue to be a safe environment.
