Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles
- Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the operating features, warranty and paperwork
- Prospect on a daily-to-day basis by phone, internet and person to person -maintain a prospect devevelopment system
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and a referral business
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
- Familiarity with automotive financing
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Current drivers license
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of proven sales experience in a competitive market
- Superior customer service skills
- Consistent and stable employment history
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Enthusiastic presence
- Professional sales experience required
